1. Services
Esther Seidel undertakes to carry out the customer's order with due care. Esther Seidel shall endeavor to ensure that the booked course runs on time and without defects.
2. Pricing and price binding
Esther Seidel offers her services at current daily prices. Due to the uncertain economic situation and inflation, absolute price binding cannot be guaranteed for a period of more than 12 months. In specific order confirmations, this time frame can be individually extended or shortened.
3. Advance payment/invoices
Esther Seidel offers training sessions as a 10-session subscription. The customer will receive the invoice for this at their first appointment with a payment deadline of 10 days.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations of appointments that have already been booked must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the appointment will be charged in full.

< 24 hours before the appointment: 100% cost of the services provided
5. Cancellations during a pandemic
If the authorities impose a ban on events, the booking will be postponed without cancellation fees. The prepayment will be transferred to the new date. If there is no official ban on events, our general cancellation conditions apply.
6. General
Esther Seidel provides comprehensive training and pre-training to the customer. Esther Seidel accepts no responsibility whatsoever for insurance during training or for any physical impairments after training has taken place. The customer must ensure that they have sufficient insurance cover for property damage and personal injury.
7. Severability clause
Should one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and the contract as a whole. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a clause that comes closest to it in legal and economic terms.
